    Vacation Rental Safety

    As professional property managers, we are the experts of many things—ensuring a property is safe for those that rent it is one of those.

    For instance, does your home have the correct smoke detector or CO2 detector? What about the deck railing? Are the spindles the correct distance apart, or is the ledger attached with lag bolts or nails? All of these things need to be checked to make sure the property is safe.
