We practice techniques to help other companies create strategies that will promote growing their repeat business, gain more word-of-mouth referrals, train staff members and enjoy building relationships. We will explore how relationship sales can be improved through technology, phone calls, cross training and the strategic set up of a front office.
    In a vacation rental world dominated by OTA’s, it is more important than ever to have strong ties with your guests so that they book direct and book early. Industry data and experience are merged to show rental companies effective tools that can be implemented in reservations, guest experience, training and technology.
