    Who Should Submit Proposals?

All vacation rental industry professionals are encouraged to submit presentation proposals. The Education Committee is especially interested in receiving proposals from those who work for/own vacation rental management companies. As a vacation rental management professional, you work every day to find innovative ways to increase revenue, improve homeowner satisfaction and keep guests coming back. Attendees value your efforts, and we hope you will consider sharing your hard-earned insights. We encourage vendors and suppliers to partner with vacation rental managers when submitting proposals.

What Should Be Included in Proposals?

All submissions must be educational in nature and should not include promotions for products or services. Sessions are evaluated and selected strictly on educational content; sponsorship of VRMA or the conference have no impact on the committee’s selection preferences.

Submissions should be as detailed as possible to allow the Education Committee to make a final determination on your proposal. Specifically, we want to hear what makes your presentation unique and the value it can bring to conference attendees. We highly encourage all speakers and companies to give thoughtful consideration to all proposals submitted. All submission must include all applicable session details at the time of submission, including speaker and panelist names, a full session description and learning outcomes in order to be considered for the program.

While there is no maximum on the number of submissions any one company or speaker can submit, we are only able to offer a limited number of sessions to any one company or speaker, due to a finite number of speaking opportunities available and to ensure a diversity of companies and speakers on the program.
